LATEST BUILDING UPDATE:
- The detailed drawings for the classroom addition, including renovation of the existing building and the new sanctuary, are near completion.
- We have received formal quotations from the major contractors, providing us with an accurate estimate for the total cost of the project.
- The Wilshire building is under contract with Greater Wilmington Church for $2 million. We will close on March 31, 2025.
- Our current focus is to obtain the necessary permits for construction to begin. Although there are several areas to be reviewed, we are hopeful that site preparation will begin before the end of 2024.
